Lockheed P-80 Shooting Star
TheLockheed Shooting Star was made in 1945. It was made in Steven F. Udvar- Hazy Center, Chantilly, VA. The Lockheed 'Shunk Works' was trying to make it in secrets. It was made out of polished aluminum finish with multiple colors. It was designed to be a jet plane. It was the world's first all-jet combat for a full 15 years. The United States Army Air Force planned to use it a lot, but at the end of he war they only got two there. Even though people did not make may Lockheed Shooting Star's but, it was still a great plane.
