Hawker Hurricane
The Hawker Hurricane was made by Sydney Camm in 1934 in Britain. They used this plane for the Battle of Britain. It was made out of metal and fabric. The hurricanes first takeoff was on November 6, 1935, but it wasn't known as the Hurricane until 1936. Rolls-Royce built the engine for the plane. This plane was a symbol of Britain's resistance to Germany in the Battle of Britain. The planes maximum speed is 318mph, the width of it is 39.99ft, the height is 13.12ft and the length is 31.40ft. The hawker Hurricane was a very good fighter plane.
