When a fish tends to nip at its tank mates fins, you know it has to be cool. This semi-aggressive porcupine puffer needs a 180 gallon tank to hold its maximum 1 foot size. The puffer has the ability to puff up to almost twice its size when threatened or scared. The puffer needs a diet of foods that are meaty like squid, krill, clams, and hard shelled shrimp to help wear down there ever growing teeth. Remember not to get too close to this fish because it could puff up!
